چکیده
Abstract Congenitally Corrected Transposition of Great Arteries is a unique condition in which atrio-ventricular discrepancy e ventricular-arteriosus are mutually balanced, so that there the normal oxygenation and distribution blood to tissues, but morphologically right ventricle tricuspid valve have deal with systemic pressures, developing severe ventricular disfunction regurgitation along years. We presented case young male patient from India Arteries, Ventricular Septum Defect Pulmonary Artery Stenosis, for he was treated surgically by positioning valved conduit between left pulmonary artery; developed worsening dyspnoea years after operation further investigations our centre demonstrated patency (systemic) we decided, pioneering manner, treat Sacubitril/Valsartan.

Right ventricular thrombus formation in a patient with arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia following radiofrequency ablation
A middle-aged female suffering from ARVD presented for routine follow-up 8 weeks after right ventricular radiofrequency ablation of recurring ventricular tachycardia. Echocardiography revealed two right ventricular thrombi in the scar area of right ventricular radiofrequency ablation. Ablation-related thromboembolic events should be considered as possible complication in patients suffering from...
متن کاملArrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy in a patient with schizophrenia
People with schizophrenia are at greater risk of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality than the general population. Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy is a recognized cause of sudden cardiac death in young people. This report discusses the necessity for close cardiac evaluation to reduce incidence of sudden death in people with schizophrenia.
متن کاملAcute Right Ventricular Failure in a Patient with Hepatic Cirrhosis
Pulmonary embolic disease is most commonly a manifestation of venous thromboembolism (VTE). However, fat, tumor, and air may all embolize to the pulmonary vasculature and lymphatics resulting in various clinical manifestations. Tumor emboli to small pulmonary vessels and lymphatics can lead to hypoxemic respiratory failure and shock. We present a 62-year-old male with history of mild COPD and e...
متن کاملAtrialised right ventricular myxoma in a patient with Ebstein’s anomaly
Ebstein's anomaly is a rare entity affecting around 1 in 200,000 live births and accounts for less than 1% of congenital heart diseases. Ebstein's anomaly with an associated right-sided myxoma is extremely rare, with only one other case report found in the literature. Previous reports have also noted cases of Ebstein's anomaly associated with left-sided myxomas. We describe a female patient wit...
متن کاملRight ventricular tumor in a patient with melanoma.
Primary tumors of the heart are not common. However, metastatic neoplasms affecting the heart are more commonly found. Postmortem studies have shown that some tumors have reported secondary cardiac implants to be over 50%. Such involvement is to be taken into account for patients with a history of neoplasm and who present conduction disorders, murmur, cardiomegaly or arrhythmia. This is to repo...
